The staff are incredibly helpful, the hotel is luxurious and the restaurant offers delicious food, especially at breakfast time, creating a peaceful and pleasant experience overall.

the hotel was good quality and the location was perfect just next door to san sebastian and the very pleasing town of honderribia as well as the hillside above san sebastian. although the whole experience was peaceful, the bed in our room was too hard. the stuff where all lively and excellant. loved our stay.

our stay at the hotel in oiartzun was incredible. the location, stunning views of the pyrenees, made for a memorable experience. the delicious breakfast and dinner, accompanied by a bottle of local wine, were highlights. the spacious room and nice bathroom added to the comfort and enjoyment.

Really nice hotel just outside San Sebstian. Fantastic 3meal dinner for 20 eur including wine. We strongly recommend this place.

The friendliness of the hotel staff, the quality of the food for dinner and breakfast and the wonderful location and views.

The comfort of the rooms could be improved, E.G. adding an armchair, some more light, etc. It is such a beautiful building and location that some more detail in the decoration will provide the finishing touch. Why not a swimming pool in all the available space in the garden? And some grazing animals - taking care of all the grass? There was quite some noise in the evening/night by late clients talking loudly and closing very hard their room doors.

The double room I stayed in had amenities such as a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a TV.

I have stayed at this hotel many times now and it is the best hotel experience I have ever had. Staff are excellent and the and thank all for making my stays there memorable.

Nestled in the midst of gorgeous mountains, this hotel offers breathtaking views and fresh air despite being close to the highway. the charming gardens and orchards provide fresh produce for delicious breakfasts, and the helpful staff adds to the overall pleasant experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-kept bathrooms and numerous facilities.

Some guests may find the noise level to be an issue and affect their relaxation time.

As is always the case, great hotels are great because they have great people. This is the case with Usategieta! The level of service is five star and the location and premises are wonderful!

The GPS coordinates that I got with my reservation were wrong. Please correct them, and explain to the customers that the last 1,5 km of the route is not in the navigating maps, as they are country roads.

It was a lovely peaceful and relaxing setting. The woman at reception(forgive me I forget her name) was absolutely wonderful- professional, knowledgeable, extremely accommodating, hard working and quite simply Lovely!

Aside from being a little difficult to find I cannot say anything negative.

The breakfast at Usategieta in Oiartzun is astonishing, with delicious bacon and great coffee. It's definitely worth the money. the location is really close to the stunning mountains and the charming town of Hondarribia, as well as being convenient to San Sebastián.

The hotel was very nicely presented and food and wine were good - we did not have trouble finding it .

The only downside to this excellent hotel was that we could see the motorway from one of our bedroom windows
